North Bergen, NJ \u2013 June 17, 2025 \u2014 Bergen Logistics, a leading technology-driven third-party logistics (3PL) provider and member of the Elanders Group, is announcing a strategic leadership transition.

Florian Beck<\/strong>, who has served as Chief Operating Officer at Bergen Logistics, has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer of LGI Logistics Group<\/strong>, a fellow Elanders Group subsidiary. During his tenure, Florian played a pivotal role in enhancing operational performance, expanding Bergen\u2019s global footprint, and laying the groundwork for scalable growth. The Bergen team extends sincere thanks to Florian for his leadership and lasting contributions.

Succeeding him is Patrick Ringston<\/strong>, who has been appointed Chief Operating Officer of Bergen Logistics.<\/strong>

Patrick brings over 20 years of experience across logistics, supply chain, and direct-to-consumer operations. Most recently, he served as Managing Partner and COO at The Optech Group, where he led large-scale transformation and growth initiatives. His career includes leadership roles at MasonHub, Casper, Gilt Groupe, Blue Apron, Purolator, and UPS.

At Gilt Groupe, Patrick played a key role in building a national distribution center network, while at Casper, he oversaw supply chain, logistics, and customer experience operations. He is widely recognized for designing agile organizations, optimizing fulfillment and transportation networks, and building high-performing teams.
