Their most important markets are China, Singapore, the United Kingdom, Sweden, Germany, and the USA. Their major customers are active in the Automotive, Electronics, Fashion &amp; Lifestyle, Health Care &amp; Life Science and Industrial verticals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Elanders group has acquired an 80% ownership interest in Bergen; founder Ron Roman maintains a 20% stake in the company and will be CEO of the company.&nbsp; This partnership will allow Bergen to continue building the world\u2019s best order fulfillment company concentrated in Fashion and Lifestyle, with the financial support of a public company while maintaining Bergen\u2019s core values as a company.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bergen Logistics specializes in mid-sized brands in Fashion &amp; Lifestyle and has developed a unique platform that enables them to successfully manage a large number of customers in the segment.&nbsp; Bergen Logistics operates primarily in the North American market (USA &amp; Canada), but they also help their customers globally through their own unit in the Netherlands and through partners in Asia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ron Roman, Founder and principal owner of Bergen Logistics comments on the deal:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m really proud of how the company has grown, and the unique platform Bergen Logistics has developed over the past 20 years.
